Stream her songs on Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, SoundCloud, etc.; follow her on social media, own some of her NFTs with 25% co-ownership, and check her crypto endorsements

When you purchase an NFT from this collection, you own the unique digital token on the blockchain. This token acts as your proof of ownership and membership key. Importantly, you do not own the copyright to the song itself. Instead, your ownership of the NFT grants you a license with specific, valuable perks, including a 25% share of the publishing rights and royalties generated by that specific song, along with rights to use the song for broadcasts, covers, merchandise, and more.

Your 25% share of royalties (from streaming, sync licenses, etc.) is collected by Dufr Digital Records. Payouts are made once per year, on the anniversary of the NFT's original minting date. Payments are sent in ETH, USDT, or USDC to the wallet holding the NFT at that time. Please note: if your accrued royalties for a year are less than $5.00, the payment will be deferred and added to the next year's total until the threshold is met. No, not automatically. All songs will be submitted 100%, one per week. However, some may still be rejected by the distributor or the streaming platforms themselves. It is the NFT holder's responsibility to check if a specific song is listed on streaming platforms, e.g., Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/6sJOFnyvRV628aW26fJOwb.

Yes, all perks and rights associated with the NFT are dynamic and tied to ownership of the token itself. When you transfer or sell the NFT to a new wallet, the license, including the 25% royalty share, merchandise rights, and access to audio files, immediately transfers to the new verified holder. You will stop receiving royalty distributions after the transfer, and the new owner will assume all rights and responsibilities governed by these Terms.

While your license is broad, there are important restrictions. You may not use the song in connection with hate speech, violence, or illegal activity. You cannot use it to infringe on third-party rights or attempt to trademark or copyright the song itself. Crucially, you cannot use the song as the core identity for another commercial music artist or project.
